Mandela Day at Crawford International Bryanston
Practising generosity in childhood helps develop virtue. At Crawford International Bryanston, we encourage students to value care and compassion. On Mandela Day, they embraced kindness to make a positive impact on their community.
Charity helps students develop empathy and understand others' challenges. It fosters a sense of responsibility and a desire to improve society. Through volunteering, they learn valuable life skills like teamwork, communication, and leadership.
Engaging in charity also connects students with their community, fostering camaraderie and respect. By giving back, they honour Mandela's legacy and contribute to a more compassionate society. Instilling these values in young people inspires future generations to create a better world.

Mini Voters Make Sweet Choice were Ice Cream Wins in Bryanston PrePrimary Election
Teachers at Crawford International Bryanston organised a special Voting Day for the PrePrimary students, providing them with a practical lesson in civic responsibility. Under the guidance of Kalay Pillay and Areeva Sergeant, the Principal and Primary Years Coordinator of the campus, each student was welcomed with a printed copy of their ID. They experienced the voting process firsthand by being scratched off the voter's roll, having their left thumb marked, and choosing between four electoral options: Freaky Friday, Popcorn, Milkshake, or Ice Cream.
The excitement culminated in the announcement of the results, with Ice Cream emerging as the winner. This initiative gave the young students a memorable and educational glimpse into the democratic process.
