Effective communication with our parents is a fundamental aspect of providing exceptional customer service. When our clients choose to invest in a premium brand, they have certain expectations regarding how we interact and engage with them.
It is crucial for us to understand that our parents place value not only on the products or services we offer but also on the way we communicate with them. Clear, respectful, and personalised communication helps us build trust and maintain a strong relationship with our parent community.

Below is Crawford International Communication Channels Based on Grade Levels.

Academic Communication: We will primarily use the Toddle platform for academic communication. Toddle provides a user-friendly interface designed specifically for educational purposes, allowing teachers, parents, and students to interact and share important academic information seamlessly. This platform will be our go-to tool for assignments, grades, announcements, and academic discussions.
Example: Teachers will post homework assignments, marks, and important updates on Toddle. Parents can access the platform to view their child's academic progress, communicate with teachers, and stay informed about school-related matters.
All Other Communication: For non-academic communication, such as general announcements, event reminders, or non-urgent queries, we will primarily use STASY (email and sms) and WhatsApp.
Example: Parents will receive newsletters, event invitations, and other non-academic information via STASY. Additionally, we have WhatsApp groups where parents can receive updates.

All Communication via STASY and WhatsApp: As students transition to higher grades, we will streamline our communication channels to using STASY, MS Teams and WhatsApp for all types of communication, including academic and non-academic matters. These platforms offer efficient and reliable means of communication, ensuring timely information dissemination and facilitating effective collaboration between teachers, students, and parents.
Example: Teachers will share academic resources, assignments, and assessments via MS Teams. Additionally, students and parents can receive important updates via WhatsApp groups (school dependent) related to both academic and non-academic topics.
By using these communication channels specific to each grade level, we aim to ensure effective information flow between the school, teachers, students, and parents.
Remember, our communication style reflects our brand's identity and values. It is through our words and actions that we reinforce the premium experience our clients expect from us.
