Family Picnic: Celebrating Togetherness at Crawford International North Coast Pre-Primary and Preparatory
Step into the heartwarming world of our beloved 'Family Picnic,' a remarkable event that took place on a breezy Friday at our North Coast campus. With open arms, we welcomed a multitude of families, forging connections between both familiar and new faces. This delightful occasion provided our staff with a golden opportunity to engage with the parents and guardians of our cherished students. The event was meticulously crafted to prioritise sheer enjoyment, boasting exhilarating large inflatables and thrilling activities that sparked pure joy in our enthusiastic young students and the school community.
The school Family Picnic holds a special place in our hearts, eagerly anticipated by students, parents, teachers, and staff alike. It serves as another jubilant celebration of our vibrant community and the bonds that tie us together. During this cherished gathering, our extended school family comes together to share hearty laughter, partake in games, and relish in the delectable treats from our beloved vendors. It reminds us all in the school community that we are part of something truly special—a thriving family dedicated to the growth and happiness of each and every member. The Spirit of Giving at Crawford International North Coast

For our second term outreach initiative, Crawford International North Coast Pre-Primary and Preparatory participated in an exciting and unique social and environmental awareness programme with Clothes to Good (CTG).
CTG is an organisation which recycles pre-loved and new clothing, shoes, and any retail apparel to create a positive impact. CTG has partnered with the H&M retail group to create the Clothes to Trees: Love our Planet Programme, with the purpose of empowering community women through micro-business development, creating jobs for people with disabilities, and developing educational resources for children in low-resourced early childhood development centres.
The programme further creates awareness around the sustainability issues of the fashion industry, being the second highest polluter globally, and enables learners of all ages to take a more active role in caring for the environment.
We would like to thank our Crawford International North Coast families and students who contributed to this worthy cause. As a school community we collective managed to contribute 93 bags.
